Vreshta.al u ofron vizitorëve/përdoruesve të saj mundësinë për të blerë shërbime dhe/ose produkte përmes faqeve të tregtisë elektronike, në përputhje me kushtet specifike të përcaktuara aty dhe duke marrë parasysh mbrojtjen e informacionit personal të paraqitur për përdorimin e këtyre shërbimeve.

Prandaj, Vreshta.al është i detyruar të informojë klientët e tij të mundshëm për a) karakteristikat thelbësore të mallit dhe/ose shërbimeve të ofruara, b) çmimin, c) sasinë dhe shpenzimet e transportit, d) tatimin mbi vlerën e shtuar, nëse ai nuk përfshihet në çmim, d) mënyrat e pagesës, e) opsionet e dorëzimit, f) kohëzgjatja e ofertës ose e çmimit të ofruar dhe g) e drejta e kthimit.

Vreshta.al mund të përdorë dhe përpunojë lirisht informacionin e mbledhur gjatë transaksioneve të përdoruesit, për të regjistruar interesat dhe zakonet blerëse të tregtarit dhe për të vazhduar me oferta të reja, përveç rasteve kur përdoruesi/anëtari i këtyre shërbimeve kërkon që të mos ofrohen oferta të tilla.

Qasja në faqet/shërbimet e Vreshta.al nuk sjell ndonjë kosto shtesë përtej regjimit të çmimeve të aplikueshme për aksesin e përgjithshëm në internet siç është konfiguruar nga ISP-të dhe u paguhet vetëm atyre.

POROSI

Për të blerë produkte përmes aplikacioneve të tregtisë elektronike të Vreshta.al, kërkohet plotësimi i një formulari nga klienti, siç përcaktohet më sipër.

Përdoruesi përgatit porosinë e tij duke shtuar produktet që dëshiron të blejë në "SHORTËN E BLERJEVE" duke ndjekur procedurën hap pas hapi të ofruar nga Vreshta.al.

Pasi i kërkohet të konfirmojë porosinë, adresën e transportit të produkteve dhe adresën postare të dokumentit/faturës, atij/asaj i kërkohet të paguajë duke zgjedhur një nga mënyrat e duhura të pagesës për artikullin e shitur dhe kosto të tjera.

MËNYRAT E PAGESËS

Mënyra e pagesës zgjidhet nga përdoruesi dhe përfshin pagesën me para në dorë gjatë dorëzimit, pagesën me kartë krediti/debiti ose pagesë me depozitë bankare. Blerjet përmes Vreshta.al përpunohen nga një ofrues palë e tretë, një institucion bankar ose një ofrues shërbimi pagesash i licencuar ligjërisht i Bankës së Shqipërisë. Procesi i pagesës bazohet në kushtet e ofruesit të shërbimeve përkatëse, faqja e internetit e të cilit ridrejtohet. Karta e kreditit/debitit që vizitori/përdoruesi do të përdorë për të paguar për shërbimet/abonimet e Vreshta.al tarifohet vetëm një herë dhe vetëm për transaksionin aktual. Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi për kushtet e përpunimit të këtyre transaksioneve ose kushtet e përdorimit të të dhënave personale të miratuara nga ofruesit e mësipërm me të cilët bashkëpunon për të përfunduar transaksionet.

Pagesa me para në dorë:

Nëse përdoruesi/klienti zgjedh një pagesë me para në dorë, pagesa e produkteve të porosisë do të bëhet nga përdoruesi/klienti në momentin e dorëzimit, me para të gatshme të dorëzuara tek agjenti i korrierit ose tek përfaqësuesi i Vreshta.al, i cili dorëzon produktin dhe me një tarifë prej dyqind lekë (200 lekë) vetëm për porosi poshtë vlerës 3,000 lekë.

Për blerjet dhe porositë mbi 3,000 lekë, klienti nuk ngarkohet me kostot e dërgesës nëse porosia dorëzohet brenda rajonit të Tiranës.

Pagesa me kartë krediti/debiti

Për pagesat e kryera me kartë krediti/debiti, përdoruesi/klienti duhet të ndjekë udhëzimet që do të gjejë në këtë dyqan online. Përdoruesi/klienti është i vetmi përgjegjës për regjistrimin e saktë dhe vërtetimin e detajeve të kartës së kreditit/debitit. Karta e kreditit që vizitori/përdoruesi do të përdorë për të paguar shërbimet/abonimet në faqe tarifohet vetëm një herë dhe vetëm për transaksionin aktual. Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi për kushtet e përdorimit të të dhënave personale të miratuara nga organizatat financiare me të cilat bashkëpunon për të përfunduar tregtinë dhe/ose ndonjë defekt të tyre. Vreshta.al nuk ruan të dhënat e kartës së kreditit që vendosni kur bëni porosinë tuaj.

Depozitë në llogarinë bankare:

Nëse nuk keni kartë krediti dhe nëse nuk mund t'i merrni produktet tuaja, mund të paguani për porosinë tuaj nëpërmjet transfertës së llogarisë bankare. Për shërbimin tuaj më të mirë, ju lutemi shkruani kodin e porosisë në seksionin e komenteve të blerjes. Më pas ju lutemi dërgoni faturën e depozitës me e-mail. Depozita duhet të plotësohet brenda 48 orëve pas përfundimit të porosisë, në të kundërt konsiderohet e pavlefshme. Nëse paratë transferohen nga një bankë tjetër, të gjitha kostot shtesë duhet t'i ngarkohen dërguesit. Ju lutemi bëni këtë përzgjedhje gjatë transferimit, pasi porosia juaj nuk do të ekzekutohet ndryshe.

Për blerjet dhe porositë mbi 3,000 lekë, klienti nuk ngarkohet me kostot e dërgesës nëse porosia dorëzohet brenda rajonit të Tiranës.

DORËZIMI I PRODUKTIT

Mënyra e dorëzimit të porosisë zgjidhet nga përdoruesi në përfundim të procesit të porositjes. Metodat e disponueshme të dorëzimit janë:

Dërgesa me korrier

Dorëzimi i produkteve në adresën e përdoruesit/klientit kryhet nga një kompani private korrierësh në adresën postare që përdoruesi/klienti ka deklaruar në fazën e porosisë. Është e mundur, brenda rajonit të Tiranës, dërgesa mund të bëhet si me mjetet e vetë Vreshta.al ashtu edhe nga një partner.

Kostoja e dërgesës brenda qytetit të Tiranës është 200 lekë pavarësisht nga madhësia dhe pesha e porosisë, ndërsa porositë vlera e të cilave kalon 3,000 lekë, nuk kanë kosto transporti. Për porositë jashtë qytetit të Tiranës, kostoja përcaktohet sipas peshës së produkteve dhe llogaritet në fazën e fundit të përfundimit të porosisë. Pesha totale e produkteve të çdo porosie llogaritet automatikisht.

Në rastin e transportit jashtë qytetit të Tiranës, dhe nëse porosia tejkalon 3,000 lekë, aktivizohet opsioni i transportit "dorëzimi me një kompani transportuese" dhe është zgjedhja e klientit. Në këtë rast, klienti nuk përballon asnjë kosto transporti nga Vreshta.al. Megjithatë, ai/ajo ngarkohet vetëm me kostot e transportit që do të përcaktohen nga Kompania Transportuese dhe shuma kërkohet t'i paguhet drejtpërdrejt Transportuesit pas dorëzimit të porosisë.

Dorëzimi i produktit kryhet brenda dy (2) ditëve pune nga dita e vendosjes së porosisë, përveç nëse specifikohet ndryshe në faqen e produktit. Vreshta.al nuk do të mbajë përgjegjësi për pasojat që rezultojnë nga vonesa në dorëzim ose humbja e paketës nga Kompania Transportuese.

INFORMACION PËR PRODUKTIN

Vreshta.al mundohet të jetë sa më e saktë përsa i përket veçorive të produkteve që shfaqen në faqet e dyqanit online. ÇMIMET

Çmimet e listuara në Faqe janë në lekë dhe përfshijnë Tatimin mbi Vlerën e Shtuar (TVSH). Vreshta.al rezervon të drejtën të modifikojë çmimet që lidhen me produktet e dyqanit online në çdo kohë, por angazhohet të zbatojë çmimet e listuara në Vreshta.al në momentin e porosisë.

DISPONUESHMËRIA

Vreshta.al bën çdo përpjekje për të siguruar që produktet e shfaqura dhe të shitura nga dyqani i saj online të jenë të disponueshme gjatë gjithë kohës. Megjithatë, në rast se ndonjë prej produkteve rezulton i padisponueshëm, stafi i Vreshta.al merr përsipër të kontaktojë me email ose telefon, brenda dy (2) ditëve pune nga data e porosisë duke informuar përdoruesin/klientin për afatin brenda të cilit produkti do të jetë në gjendje të dorëzohet.

KTHIMI PRODUKTET

Nëse një produkt tjetër nga ai të cilit i përgjigjet porosia e tij i dërgohet përdoruesit/klientit pa dashje, siç është regjistruar në mesazhin konfirmues të dërguar nga Vreshta.al me detajet e porosisë së tij, atëherë Vreshta.al është përgjegjës për dërgimin e korrekte të produktit tek përdoruesi/klienti, pasi produkti i dorëzuar pa dashje kthehet nga ky i fundit. Përdoruesi në çdo rast duhet ta kthejë produktin që ka marrë pa dashje nga Vreshta.al tek ai i paprekur, pra produkti duhet të jetë në gjendjen e tij origjinale, me paketimin e tij origjinal. Në rast se përdoruesi/klienti nuk e kthen produktin që ka marrë pa dashje në gjendjen e tij origjinale, atëherë ai do të ngarkohet me koston e tij.

Në rast se gjatë marrjes ose përdorimit të produktit konstatohet ekzistenca e ndonjë defekti, Vreshta.al duhet të zëvendësojë këto produkte me defekt. Përdoruesi duhet të informojë me telefon në +355695601999 ose me shkrim duke dërguar një email në info@vreshta.al. Produktet me defekt duhet të kthehen menjëherë në Vreshta.al për të vërtetuar pretendimin e përdoruesit/klientit. Çdo kosto transporti për zëvendësimin e produkteve por edhe për kthimin e produkteve me defekt në Vreshta.al përballohet nga kjo e fundit. Nëse konstatohet se ka defekte të raportuara nga përdoruesi/klienti, Vreshta.al duhet të vazhdojë me zëvendësimin e produkteve me defekt ose kthimin e parave të paguara menjëherë, dhe jo më vonë se pesë ditë pune pas marrjes nga Vreshta.al të produktet me defekt.

Në rast kthimi të produkteve për arsye për faj/neglizhencë të klientit/përdoruesit, ky i fundit ngarkohet me kostot e reja shtesë të transportit të produkteve.

Përdoruesi/klienti duhet të deklarojë në momentin e marrjes së produkteve dhe në veçanti në fletën e dorëzimit çdo anomali ekzistuese (p.sh. defekte, konstatim se është dorëzuar një produkt tjetër nga porosia e tij).

Transaksione të Sigurta

Vreshta.al njeh rëndësinë e çështjes së sigurisë së transaksioneve elektronike dhe ka marrë të gjitha masat e nevojshme, me metodat më moderne dhe të avancuara, për të garantuar sigurinë maksimale të mundshme. Të gjitha informacionet që lidhen me të dhënat personale të përdoruesve janë të mbrojtura si konfidenciale.

Vreshta.al përdor protokollin SSL, me enkriptim deri në 256-bit, për transaksione të sigurta tregtare online. Kjo kodon të gjitha informacionet tuaja personale, duke përfshirë numrin, emrin dhe adresën e kartës suaj të kreditit, në mënyrë që të mos mund të lexohen ose ndryshohen kur e transferoni atë nëpërmjet internetit.

Purchases through Vreshta.al are processed by a third party provider, a banking institution or a payment service provider legally licensed by the Bank of Albania. The payment process is based on the terms of the respective service provider whose website is redirected. The credit/debit card that the visitor/user will use to pay for Vreshta.al services/subscriptions is charged only once and only for the current transaction. Vreshta.al is not responsible for the terms of processing these transactions or the terms of use of personal data approved by the above providers with whom it cooperates to complete the transactions.

Cash payment:

If the user/customer chooses a cash payment, payment for the products of the order will be made by the user/customer at the time of delivery, with cash delivered to the courier agent or Vreshta.al representative, who delivers product and with a fee of two hundred lek (200 lek) only for orders below the value of 3,000 lek.

For purchases and orders over ALL 3,000, the customer is not charged with delivery costs if the order is delivered within the Tirana region.

Payment by credit/debit card

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The order delivery method is selected by the user at the end of the ordering process. Available delivery methods are:

Delivery by courier

The delivery of the products to the address of the user/customer is carried out by a private courier company to the postal address that the user/customer has declared at the stage of the order. It is possible, within the region of Tirana, the delivery can be made both by Vreshta.al's own means and by a partner.

The cost of delivery within the city of Tirana is 200 lek regardless of the size and weight of the order, while orders whose value exceeds 3,000 lek do not have a shipping cost. For orders outside the city of Tirana, the cost is determined according to the weight of the products and is calculated at the last stage of completing the order. The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

In the case of transport outside the city of Tirana, and if the order exceeds 3,000 ALL, the transport option "delivery with a transport company" is activated and is the choice of the customer. In this case, the customer does not bear any transport costs from Vreshta.al. However, he/she is only charged with shipping costs to be determined by the Shipping Company and the amount is required to be paid directly to the Carrier upon delivery of the order.

Product delivery is made within two (2) business days from the day the order is placed, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Vreshta.al will not be held responsible for the consequences resulting from the delay in delivery or the loss of the package by the Shipping Company.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

PRICES

AVAILABILITY

Vreshta.al makes every effort to ensure that the products displayed and sold from its online store are available at all times. RETURN PRODUCTS

Defective products must be returned immediately to Vreshta.al to substantiate the user/customer's claim. Any transport costs for product replacement but also for returning defective products to Vreshta.al are borne by the latter. If it is found that there are defects reported by the user/customer, Vreshta.al must proceed with the replacement of the defective products or the refund of the money paid immediately, and no later than five working days after receipt by Vreshta.al of the defective products. .

In case of returning the products due to the fault/negligence of the customer/user, the latter is charged with the new additional costs of transporting the products.

The user/customer must declare at the time of receipt of the products and in particular on the delivery note any existing anomalies (eg defects, finding that a different product from his order has been delivered).
