Të gjitha shërbimet promovuese, shfaqja, shitja, transferimi, ruajtja, dërgimi dhe kthimi i produkteve shfaqen në faqen e internetit www.vreshta.al, si dhe mbrojtja e të dhënave personale dhe siguria e transaksioneve u nënshtrohen këtyre kushteve të përdorimit, të cilat ne ju nxisim t'i lexoni më parë se të hyni në Vreshta.al dhe bëni blerjet tuaja.


Navigimi në Vreshta.al si dhe kryerja e çdo transaksioni apo komunikimi me të ose kompaninë tonë nënkupton pranimin e pakushtëzuar të këtyre kushteve të përdorimit nga ana juaj. Në rast mosmarrëveshjeje ose rezervimi të një pjese ose të të gjitha këtyre kushteve, ju mund të dërgoni e-mailin tuaj përkatës në info@vreshta.al përpara se të navigoni ose kryeni një porosi, përndryshe pranimi i të gjitha kushteve nga ana juaj është i pakushtëzuar.


Vreshta.al rezervon të drejtën të modifikojë, rinovojë dhe/ose të ndërpresë përkohësisht ose përgjithmonë të gjitha ose kushtet aktuale të përdorimit të shërbimeve të Vreshta.al me ose pa njoftim paraprak për përdoruesit/anëtarët/vizitorët. Përdoruesi/anëtari/konsumatori i Vreshta.al njeh dhe pranon plotësisht të gjitha sa më sipër me navigimin dhe/ose përdorimin e vetëm të shërbimeve të Vreshta.al.


Vizitori/përdoruesi është përgjegjës për aksesin në shërbimet e Vreshta.al dhe aksesi mund të kërkojë pagesën e tarifave ndaj palëve të treta (p.sh. ofruesit e shërbimeve të internetit, faturimi në internet). Vizitori/përdoruesi është i vetmi përgjegjës për pagesën e tarifave përkatëse. Gjithashtu, vizitori/përdoruesi është i vetëm përgjegjës për pajisjet e tij personale me mjetet e nevojshme teknologjike që i mundësojnë akses në shërbimet e Vreshta.al.


Vreshta.al është e përkushtuar të sigurojë privatësinë e vizitorëve të saj. Këto Kushte Përdorimi - Politika e Privatësisë shpjegojnë se si të menaxhoni të dhënat personale të vizitorëve/përdoruesve në përputhje me kuadrin ligjor në fuqi [LIGJ Nr.9887, datë 10.3.2008 PËR MBROJTJEN E TË DHËNAVE PERSONALE]


Çdo vizitor/përdorues i kërkohet të pranojë përdorimin e Cookies sipas kushteve të kësaj Politike, herën e parë që viziton Vreshta.al. Duke përdorur faqen, dhe duke pranuar këtë Politikë, vizitori/përdoruesi pranon përdorimin e Cookies nga Vreshta.al në përputhje me kushtet e kësaj Politike.

REGJISTRIMI DHE NAVIGIMI


Përveç navigimit në dhe shërbimeve të tjera, Vreshta.al ofron mundësinë e regjistrimit në si anëtar i Vreshta.al (login)


Informacioni i kërkuar gjatë procesit të regjistrimit të anëtarëve në Vreshta.al është: Emri, Mbiemri, emaili dhe fjalëkalimi personal. Duke përdorur këto dy të fundit, konfirmohet aksesi i anëtarëve në shërbimet e Vreshta.al.


Nëse vizitori/përdoruesi dëshiron të abonohet në shërbimin(et) e Vreshta.al pranon:


  1. a) të japë informacion të vërtetë, të saktë, të vlefshëm dhe të plotë në lidhje me të dhënat personale të kërkuara nga Vreshta.al në të gjitha kërkesat përkatëse për të hyrë në përmbajtjen dhe/ose shërbimet e Vreshta.al;

(b) të ruajë dhe përditësojë informacionin e abonimit për t'i mbajtur ato të vërteta, të sakta, të vlefshme, të përditësuara dhe të plota. Detajet e regjistrimit janë të nevojshme për ofrimin e duhur të shërbimeve të Vreshta.al për përdoruesit dhe mirëmbajtjen / rikuperimin e llogarisë së tyre.


PËLQIMI ME SHKRIM


Përdoruesi/anëtari duke plotësuar dhe dërguar formularin përkatës (qoftë në formularin e regjistrimit ose në formularin e porosisë) me informacionin e tij/saj personal, jep gjithashtu pëlqimin me shkrim të Vreshta.al për të përdorur informacionin e përfshirë në formularët për qëllime të cilat përshkruhen politikën e privatësisë.



MBROJTJA E TË MITURVE


Vizitorët/përdoruesit e mitur të Vreshta.al u ndalohet të hyjnë në shërbimet e Vreshta.al të cilat mund të konsiderohen të papërshtatshme për të mitur dhe që nuk mund të kontrollohen nga Vreshta.al. Një njoftim që paralajmëron vizitorët/përdoruesit shfaqet në çdo njësi ose shërbim që mund të përmbajë materiale të papërshtatshme/fyese/joetike. Megjithatë, nëse vizitorët/përdoruesit e mitur zgjedhin vullnetarisht të vizitojnë faqe me materiale të papërshtatshme/fyese/joetike, të cilat nuk mund të monitorohen vazhdimisht, Vreshta.al nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi.


LLOGARIA E ANËTARIT


Vreshta.al ofron shërbime anëtarësimi për përdoruesit e saj, pas përfundimit të procedurës së regjistrimit të tyre. Sapo vizitori/përdoruesi të përfundojë procedurën e kërkuar të regjistrimit, ai/ajo do të marrë me e-mail nga Vreshta.al konfirmimin e kodit të tij personal të aksesit (fjalëkalimit) dhe emrin e përdoruesit që ai/ajo ka specifikuar. Anëtarët janë vetëm përgjegjës për të gjitha veprimet e kryera nën kodin e tyre personal të aksesit, emrin e tyre të përdoruesit dhe llogarinë e tyre të përdoruesit në përgjithësi. Anëtarët pranojnë të njoftojnë Vreshta.al menjëherë në rast të përdorimit të paautorizuar të llogarisë së tyre të përdoruesit dhe çdo shkelje efektive ose/ose të mundshme të sigurisë. Për më tepër, anëtarët janë vetëm përgjegjës për përdorimin e kujdesshëm të llogarisë së tyre të përdoruesit dhe për daljen nga llogaria e tyre e përdoruesit në fund të çdo sesioni. Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi për asnjë dëm apo dëm që rezulton nga pamundësia e anëtarëve për të respektuar dhe respektuar këto kushte.


PËRDORIMI I SHËRBIMIT


Vreshta.al rezervon të drejtën të modifikojë dhe/ose të ndërpresë përkohësisht ose përgjithmonë të gjitha ose një pjesë të shërbimeve të Vreshta.al me ose pa njoftim për përdoruesit/anëtarët.



KOHËZGJATJA


Përdoruesi e kupton dhe pranon që Vreshta.al rezervon të drejtën ekskluzive të pezullojë përdorimin e kodeve të aksesit në shërbimet e tij dhe/ose të pezullojë disponueshmërinë e përmbajtjes për përdoruesit/anëtarët veçanërisht nëse ata konsiderohen se kanë shkelur frymën dhe shkronjën e së tashmes. kushtet e përdorimit, si dhe shërbimet.




DHËNIA E LEJES PËR ARSYE MARKETIMI


Përdoruesi që akseson shërbimet e Vreshta.al me qëllim të ngarkimit dhe/ose postimit të informacionit, të dhënave, teksteve, grafikave, fotografive, imazheve, skedarëve muzikorë, videove, mesazheve, akordon leje në Vreshta.al për periudhën kohore që kjo përmbajtje është pjesë e shërbimeve të Vreshta.al, për të përdorur hapësirën ku është ngarkuar përmbajtja për qëllime reklamimi. Për më tepër, përdoruesi/anëtari që ngarkon dhe/ose poston informacione, të dhëna, tekste, grafikë, foto, imazhe, skedarë muzikorë, video, mesazhe, jep pëlqimin për ngarkimin dhe/ose postimin e reklamave nga Vreshta.al në faqet/shërbimet përkatëse. Vreshta.al nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi për komunikimin ndërmjet përdoruesit/anëtarit dhe ofruesve të shërbimeve të palëve të treta të reklamuara në Vreshta.al dhe për çdo transaksion të mundshëm që mund të rezultojë nga lidhja e tyre.



DËMI/KOMPENSIM


Përdoruesi kupton dhe pranon se ai/ajo është i vetëm përgjegjës për të kompensuar Vreshta.al dhe bashkëpunëtorët e tij për çdo mosmarrëveshje ligjore që mund të lindë midis përdoruesit dhe palëve të treta, që i atribuohet përmbajtjes që përdoruesi ka vënë në dispozicion për ngarkim, postim ose transferim tjetër nëpërmjet Shërbimet e Vreshta.al.


 


 


REKLAMA


Vreshta.al nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi për komunikimin ndërmjet përdoruesit/anëtarit dhe ofruesve të shërbimeve të palëve të treta që reklamojnë në Vreshta.al dhe për çdo transaksion të mundshëm që mund të rezultojë nga lidhja e tyre.


  


TË DREJTAT E PRONËSISË INTELEKTUALE DHE INDUSTRIALE – MARKAT TREGTARE


Përveç përjashtimeve të përmendura në mënyrë eksplicite (të drejtat intelektuale të palëve të treta, partnerëve dhe agjensive), e gjithë përmbajtja e Vreshta.al, duke përfshirë videot, imazhet, grafika, fotografitë, dizajnet, tekstet, shërbimet e ofruara dhe në përgjithësi të gjithë skedarët e Vreshta.al, përbëjnë pronësi intelektuale, marka të regjistruara tregtare, konfigurime, shenja dalluese dhe marka shërbimi të Vreshta.al dhe mbrohen nga dispozitat përkatëse të ligjit shqiptar, ligjit evropian dhe konventave dhe traktateve ndërkombëtare. Prandaj, asnjë prej tyre nuk mund të jetë tërësisht ose pjesërisht objekt shitjeje, kopjimi, modifikimi, riprodhimi, ribotimi, ose të “ngarkohet”, transmetohet ose shpërndahet në çfarëdo mënyre. Produktet ose shërbimet që i referohen faqeve elektronike aktuale dhe që mbajnë markat e organizatave, kompanive, agjensive bashkëpunuese, sindikatës ose publikimeve përkatëse, janë pronë e tyre intelektuale dhe industriale dhe për këtë arsye ato agjensi mbajnë përgjegjësinë përkatëse. Përdoruesi kupton dhe pranon që atij/asaj nuk i jepet e drejta për të riprodhuar, kopjuar, shitur ose/dhe shfrytëzuar komercialisht në çfarëdo mënyre një pjesë ose tërësinë e përmbajtjes së Vreshta.al. Nëse përdoruesi vepron në një mënyrë të tillë ai/ajo pranon ai/ajo mban përgjegjësinë e vetme për të kompensuar sa më sipër.



KUFIZIMI I PËRGJEGJËSISË


Përmbajtja e Vreshta.al ofrohet “pikërisht ashtu siç është” pa asnjë garanci, të shprehur ose në çfarëdo mënyre të nënkuptuar.


Vreshta.al nuk garanton që faqet, shërbimet, opsionet dhe përmbajtjet do të ofrohen pa ndërprerje, pa gabime ose që gabimet do të rregullohen. Gjithashtu, Vreshta.al nuk garanton që as ajo, as ndonjë faqe tjetër e lidhur ose serverët nëpërmjet të cilëve ato vihen në dispozicion të përdoruesve/anëtarëve nuk përmbajnë viruse ose përbërës të tjerë të dëmshëm. Vreshta.al nuk garanton në asnjë rast korrektësinë, plotësinë, apo edhe disponueshmërinë e përmbajtjes, shërbimeve, opsioneve apo rezultateve të tyre


 


LIDHJE ME WEBSITET E TJERA


Vreshta.al nuk kontrollon dhe nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi për disponueshmërinë, përmbajtjen, politikën e mbrojtjes së të dhënave personale dhe konfidencialitetin, cilësinë dhe plotësinë e shërbimeve të faqeve të tjera të internetit dhe faqeve në të cilat ju drejton përmes lidhjeve, hiperlinks ose boarded ​​reklamuese në Vreshta.al. Vreshta.al në asnjë mënyrë nuk duhet të konsiderohet se përqafon ose pranon përmbajtjen ose shërbimet e faqeve të internetit dhe faqeve të cilave u referohet dhe as që është në ndonjë mënyrë tjetër të lidhur me to.


 

COOKIES


Vreshta.al mund të përdorë cookies për të identifikuar vizitorin/përdoruesin e disa prej shërbimeve dhe faqeve të tij. Vreshta.al dhe aplikacionet përkatëse përdorin cookie.

 


TREGTIA ELEKTRONIKE


Vreshta.al u ofron vizitorëve/përdoruesve të saj mundësinë për të blerë shërbime dhe/ose produkte përmes faqeve të tregtisë elektronike, në përputhje me kushtet specifike të përcaktuara aty dhe duke marrë parasysh mbrojtjen e informacionit personal të paraqitur për përdorimin e këtyre shërbimeve. 

Prandaj, Vreshta.al është i detyruar të informojë klientët e tij të mundshëm për a) karakteristikat thelbësore të mallit dhe/ose shërbimeve të ofruara, b) çmimin, c) sasinë dhe shpenzimet e transportit, d) tatimin mbi vlerën e shtuar, nëse ai nuk përfshihet në çmim, d) mënyrat e pagesës, e) opsionet e dorëzimit, f) kohëzgjatja e ofertës ose e çmimit të ofruar dhe g) e drejta e kthimit.



Vreshta.al mund të përdorë dhe përpunojë lirisht informacionin e mbledhur gjatë transaksioneve të përdoruesit, për të regjistruar interesat dhe zakonet blerëse të tregtarit dhe për të vazhduar me oferta të reja, përveç rasteve kur përdoruesi/anëtari i këtyre shërbimeve kërkon që të mos ofrohen oferta të tilla.


Qasja në faqet/shërbimet e Vreshta.al nuk sjell ndonjë kosto shtesë përtej regjimit të çmimeve të aplikueshme për aksesin e përgjithshëm në internet siç është konfiguruar nga ISP-të dhe u paguhet vetëm atyre.


 


POROSI


Për të blerë produkte përmes aplikacioneve të tregtisë elektronike të Vreshta.al, kërkohet plotësimi i një formulari nga klienti, siç përcaktohet më sipër.


Përdoruesi përgatit porosinë e tij duke shtuar produktet që dëshiron të blejë në "SHORTËN E BLERJEVE" duke ndjekur procedurën hap pas hapi të ofruar nga Vreshta.al.


Pasi i kërkohet të konfirmojë porosinë, adresën e transportit të produkteve dhe adresën postare të dokumentit/faturës, atij/asaj i kërkohet të paguajë duke zgjedhur një nga mënyrat e duhura të pagesës për artikullin e shitur dhe kosto të tjera.


 


MËNYRAT E PAGESËS


Mënyra e pagesës zgjidhet nga përdoruesi dhe përfshin pagesën me para në dorë gjatë dorëzimit, pagesën me kartë krediti/debiti ose pagesë me depozitë bankare. Blerjet përmes Vreshta.al përpunohen nga një ofrues palë e tretë, një institucion bankar ose një ofrues shërbimi pagesash i licencuar ligjërisht i Bankës së Shqipërisë. Procesi i pagesës bazohet në kushtet e ofruesit të shërbimeve përkatëse, faqja e internetit e të cilit ridrejtohet. Karta e kreditit/debitit që vizitori/përdoruesi do të përdorë për të paguar për shërbimet/abonimet e Vreshta.al tarifohet vetëm një herë dhe vetëm për transaksionin aktual. Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi për kushtet e përpunimit të këtyre transaksioneve ose kushtet e përdorimit të të dhënave personale të miratuara nga ofruesit e mësipërm me të cilët bashkëpunon për të përfunduar transaksionet.


 


  1. Pagesa me para në dorë:

Nëse përdoruesi/klienti zgjedh një pagesë me para në dorë, pagesa e produkteve të porosisë do të bëhet nga përdoruesi/klienti në momentin e dorëzimit, me para të gatshme të dorëzuara tek agjenti i korrierit ose tek përfaqësuesi i Vreshta.al, i cili dorëzon produktin dhe me një tarifë prej dyqind lekë (200 lekë) vetëm për porosi poshtë vlerës 3,000 lekë.


Për blerjet dhe porositë mbi 3,000 lekë, klienti nuk ngarkohet me kostot e dërgesës nëse porosia dorëzohet brenda rajonit të Tiranës.


  1. Pagesa me kartë krediti/debiti

Për pagesat e kryera me kartë krediti/debiti, përdoruesi/klienti duhet të ndjekë udhëzimet që do të gjejë në këtë dyqan online. Përdoruesi/klienti është i vetmi përgjegjës për regjistrimin e saktë dhe vërtetimin e detajeve të kartës së kreditit/debitit. Karta e kreditit që vizitori/përdoruesi do të përdorë për të paguar shërbimet/abonimet në faqe tarifohet vetëm një herë dhe vetëm për transaksionin aktual. Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi për kushtet e përdorimit të të dhënave personale të miratuara nga organizatat financiare me të cilat bashkëpunon për të përfunduar tregtinë dhe/ose ndonjë defekt të tyre. Vreshta.al nuk ruan të dhënat e kartës së kreditit që vendosni kur bëni porosinë tuaj. 


  1. Depozitë në llogarinë bankare:

Nëse nuk keni kartë krediti dhe nëse nuk mund t'i merrni produktet tuaja, mund të paguani për porosinë tuaj nëpërmjet transfertës së llogarisë bankare. Për shërbimin tuaj më të mirë, ju lutemi shkruani kodin e porosisë në seksionin e komenteve të blerjes. Më pas ju lutemi dërgoni faturën e depozitës me e-mail. Depozita duhet të plotësohet brenda 48 orëve pas përfundimit të porosisë, në të kundërt konsiderohet e pavlefshme. Mund të kontaktoni në info@vreshtaal ose ne numrin +355695601999 për të kërkuar të dhenat e llogarisë bankare.


Nëse paratë transferohen nga një bankë tjetër, të gjitha kostot shtesë duhet t'i ngarkohen dërguesit. Ju lutemi bëni këtë përzgjedhje gjatë transferimit, pasi porosia juaj nuk do të ekzekutohet ndryshe.


Për blerjet dhe porositë mbi 3,000 lekë, klienti nuk ngarkohet me kostot e dërgesës nëse porosia dorëzohet brenda rajonit të Tiranës.



DORËZIMI I PRODUKTIT


Mënyra e dorëzimit të porosisë zgjidhet nga përdoruesi në përfundim të procesit të porositjes. Metodat e disponueshme të dorëzimit janë:


Dërgesa me korrier


Dorëzimi i produkteve në adresën e përdoruesit/klientit kryhet nga një kompani private korrierësh në adresën postare që përdoruesi/klienti ka deklaruar në fazën e porosisë. Është e mundur, brenda rajonit të Tiranës, dërgesa mund të bëhet si me mjetet e vetë Vreshta.al ashtu edhe nga një partner.


Kostoja e dërgesës brenda qytetit të Tiranës është 200 lekë pavarësisht nga madhësia dhe pesha e porosisë, ndërsa porositë vlera e të cilave kalon 3,000 lekë, nuk kanë kosto transporti. Për porositë jashtë qytetit të Tiranës, kostoja përcaktohet sipas peshës së produkteve dhe llogaritet në fazën e fundit të përfundimit të porosisë. Pesha totale e produkteve të çdo porosie llogaritet automatikisht.


Në rastin e transportit jashtë qytetit të Tiranës, dhe nëse porosia tejkalon 3,000 lekë, aktivizohet opsioni i transportit "dorëzimi me një kompani transportuese" dhe është zgjedhja e klientit. Në këtë rast, klienti nuk përballon asnjë kosto transporti nga Vreshta.al. Megjithatë, ai/ajo ngarkohet vetëm me kostot e transportit që do të përcaktohen nga Kompania Transportuese dhe shuma kërkohet t'i paguhet drejtpërdrejt Transportuesit pas dorëzimit të porosisë.


Dorëzimi i produktit kryhet brenda dy (2) ditëve pune nga dita e vendosjes së porosisë, përveç nëse specifikohet ndryshe në faqen e produktit. Vreshta.al nuk do të mbajë përgjegjësi për pasojat që rezultojnë nga vonesa në dorëzim ose humbja e paketës nga Kompania Transportuese.



INFORMACION PËR PRODUKTIN


Vreshta.al mundohet të jetë sa më e saktë përsa i përket veçorive të produkteve që shfaqen në faqet e dyqanit online. Megjithatë, fotot që përshkruajnë produktet janë treguese dhe në asnjë mënyrë nuk mund të jenë të detyrueshme, në kuptimin që Vreshta.al nuk mban përgjegjësi në rast se veçoritë ose përmbajtjet e tjera që lidhen me produktet e shitura përmes Vreshta.al janë të pasakta, të paplota, jashtë datë, ose në përgjithësi me gabime që nuk mund të parashikohen ose kanë ndodhur pa dashje ose për shkak të ndërprerjes së faqes në internet për shkak të forcës madhore.


Në veçanti, Vreshta.al nuk është përgjegjës për produktet me defekt dhe/ose informacione të pavërteta në lidhje me mallrat e furnitorëve të saj dhe të përfshira në Vreshta.al. Përgjegjësia përkatëse bie vetëm tek furnitorët.


 


ÇMIMET


Çmimet e listuara në Faqe janë në lekë dhe përfshijnë Tatimin mbi Vlerën e Shtuar (TVSH). Vreshta.al rezervon të drejtën të modifikojë çmimet që lidhen me produktet e dyqanit online në çdo kohë, por angazhohet të zbatojë çmimet e listuara në Vreshta.al në momentin e porosisë.


 


DISPONUESHMËRIA


Vreshta.al bën çdo përpjekje për të siguruar që produktet e shfaqura dhe të shitura nga dyqani i saj online të jenë të disponueshme gjatë gjithë kohës. Megjithatë, në rast se ndonjë prej produkteve rezulton i padisponueshëm, stafi i Vreshta.al merr përsipër të kontaktojë me email ose telefon, brenda dy (2) ditëve pune nga data e porosisë duke informuar përdoruesin/klientin për afatin brenda të cilit produkti do të jetë në gjendje të dorëzohet.


 



KTHIMI PRODUKTET


Nëse një produkt tjetër nga ai të cilit i përgjigjet porosia e tij i dërgohet përdoruesit/klientit pa dashje, siç është regjistruar në mesazhin konfirmues të dërguar nga Vreshta.al me detajet e porosisë së tij, atëherë Vreshta.al është përgjegjës për dërgimin e korrekte të produktit tek përdoruesi/klienti, pasi produkti i dorëzuar pa dashje kthehet nga ky i fundit. Përdoruesi në çdo rast duhet ta kthejë produktin që ka marrë pa dashje nga Vreshta.al tek ai i paprekur, pra produkti duhet të jetë në gjendjen e tij origjinale, me paketimin e tij origjinal. Në rast se përdoruesi/klienti nuk e kthen produktin që ka marrë pa dashje në gjendjen e tij origjinale, atëherë ai do të ngarkohet me koston e tij.


Në rast se gjatë marrjes ose përdorimit të produktit konstatohet ekzistenca e ndonjë defekti, Vreshta.al duhet të zëvendësojë këto produkte me defekt. Përdoruesi duhet të informojë me telefon në +355695601999 ose me shkrim duke dërguar një email në info@vreshta.al. Produktet me defekt duhet të kthehen menjëherë në Vreshta.al për të vërtetuar pretendimin e përdoruesit/klientit. Çdo kosto transporti për zëvendësimin e produkteve por edhe për kthimin e produkteve me defekt në Vreshta.al përballohet nga kjo e fundit.
